After earning his medical degree, Nathan made the deliberate decision to pursue recruiting full-time — driven by a passion for building high-performing teams rather than practicing medicine. With roots in a family of dairy farmers and a natural appreciation for the products consumers rely on every day, Nathan found his focus in the food & beverage space within CPG.
